What we do promise is the work: your profile kept accurate, 4 posts a month, every review answered, and a one-page report every month showing what we did. If in your first 30 days you feel the work wasn't worth it, tell us and we'll refund your first month. No contract. Cancel any month.

We follow Google's review rules

Review requests follow Google's rules: every client gets the same ask, no rewards for reviews.

  • Nobody is filtered out based on how happy they seem.
  • We never write, buy or trade reviews.
  • Fake or abusive reviews are reported through Google's normal tool. Google decides what comes down.

You stay in control

  • You add us as a manager on your profile. You stay the owner, and we never ask for passwords.
  • Review emails go from your own email, in your business's name, with an unsubscribe line.
  • You OK the month's posts, and any reply to a negative review, before it goes up.

Will this get me to the top of Google Maps?

We don't promise rankings or a spot on the map. Google decides that and nobody can guarantee it. What we promise is the work, and the one-page monthly report shows you exactly what we did.

Do you need my Google password?

No. You add us as a manager on your Google Business Profile. You stay the owner and can remove us any time.

Who sends the review request emails?

They go to your recent clients from your own email, in your business's name, with an unsubscribe line. Every client gets the same ask and there are no rewards for reviews. Review emails are part of Profile + Reviews only.

What happens with a bad review?

Every review is answered within 2 business days. For a negative review, you see the reply first and it's posted only after you OK it.

Is there a contract or setup fee?

No contract on anything. Cancel any month. No setup fee on Profile plans; Full Package is quoted to your business. If in your first 30 days you feel the work wasn't worth it, tell us and we'll refund your first monthly fee (not ad spend or a one-time website build).

Do you do websites, ads or social media?

Yes. On their own: websites by custom quote (email [email protected] for a quote), ads from CA$249/month, social media from CA$199/month. Full Package puts the Google listing, the website, the ads and the social accounts in one bundle, with a custom quote sized to your business: email [email protected] for a quote. Ad spend is yours, on top of the fee.
